Truth be told, this is all a little overwhelming. It took me most of Sunday night to clear through the backlog of comments, messages and other notifications that accumulated over the couple of days that I'd been away from the site. And, now they've pretty much piled up on me yet again.

Don't get me wrong, this is great. Everybody's support is most appreciated and I'd love to thank, welcome, respond and chat with everybody, but doing so already takes up too much of my time and I suspect it's just going to get even more overwhelming as we go along here. Yeah, there's just not enough hours in the day to do everything that I'd like to do and I'm finding that I need to set some priorities. Simply put, I'd rather be shooting and editing images and throwing them up on DA for all you lovely people to enjoy rather than getting bogged down in all the virtual socializing and networking.

Besides the actual photography, I have a very SEXY and very SMART and very SENSUAL girlfriend who is very important to me and a major part of my life right now. So, yeah, as wonderful as you DAers are, I'd rather spend my time entertaining and loving her.

Still not sure how this is all going to shake down in practice, but for starters I'll be looking to cut out all the little 'Welcome' and 'Thank You' messages. Sorry guys. I'll try and respond to questions or other more in-depth comments or new visitors who are obviously inspired by my work (or whose work inspires me) and I'll try to stay in touch with my DA buddies, but I'm going to have to be much more selective with all my responses. Please keep in mind that your support is just as valuable to me as ever and please bear with me guys! Thanks.
